Sovereign On Line approached Thomas Paylor Media at the start of February 2012 to develop a new online presence. Their brief was to design a website which was visually attractive, yet corporate and user friendly. Sovereign also wished for their new web presence to be mobile, available on modern smart phones in a mobile “app” based format. The final results are a stunning showcase of modern web technologies, both ourselves and Sovereign are delighted with the final results.
